I cover the Syracuse, NY and surrounding areas mostly in Onondaga County. Due to high volume I can no longer handle covering Oswego County, Cayuga County and Madison County.

We can do residential appraisal reports for single family homes, townhouses, multifamily properties (2-4 units), residential investment properties, homes with acreage, condominiums and water front properties. We do not appraise commercial or properties with 5+ units.

The Appraisal Process
In most cases the appraiser will inspect the property for overall condition, take interior and exterior photos, draw a floor plan and measure the dwelling to determine the square footage. A few days after the inspection a confidential written report is delivered to the client.
